ADDENDUM TO LEASE

Resident will sign an annual lease at the 1 year rental rate. The lease can be terminated early if all of the following rules and regulations are followed:

Resident gives management a 30 day written notice on or before the 1^st day of the month, effective for one full calendar month.

Rental rate will be adjusted to the neatest completed occupancy rate. For example:

1 to 2 months, 25% increase

3 to 5 months, 15% increase

6 to 8 months, 10% increase

9 to 11 months, 7.5% increase

· Deposit will NOT be forfeited for early termination. However, proper notice is required or the deposit will be forfeited. Also, any necessary maintenance or cleaning fees will be deducted from the deposit.

· This agreement is valid only when LESSEE purchases or builds a home in the Sevier County area.
